The Project Engineer retains technical authority for commissioning methods, technical decisions and escalations.\nWhat’s in it For You\nDay 1 Coverage: Employer-paid comprehensive benefits, including dental, prescription drug, vision, paramedical coverage, and a $1,000 annual Flexible Spending Account.\nRRSP: 2% employer-sponsored contribution.\nEnjoy three weeks of vacation, six flex days, and a one-week paid company-wide holiday shutdown.\n$1,000 Annual professional development allowance to support your ongoing learning, skill development, and career growth.\nDress for your day in a casual, professional environment.\nWork in a hybrid environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn field deployment project from formal handoff through commissioning, customer acceptance, financial closeout and service transition \nDevelop and maintain site execution plan covering prerequisites, materials, access, mobilization, installation, commissioning, testing, documentation, and handover. \nServe as the primary project-management contact for the customer, general-contractor and client sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders; maintain clear, no-surprises communication. \nManage site scope, schedule, budget, forecasts, risks, issues, decisions, and changes; escalate early with clear impacts, options, and recovery actions \nMonitor site progress, productivity, constraints, non-conformances, and corrective actions without assuming day-to-day crew supervision. \nEnsure site execution complies with EHS and customer safety, security, and access requirements; escalate safety concerns and drive corrective action \nOwn commercial awareness at site level, including out-of-scope work, customer-caused delay, change-order inputs, milestone acceptance, and cost-to-complete visibility. \nDrive punch-list closure, turnover documentation, customer training and acceptance, final reporting, lessons learned, and transition to lifecycle support. \nMinimum Qualifications\nSeven or more years of project-management experience delivering complex construction, mission-critical infrastructure, mechanical/electrical systems, industrial equipment, or commissioning projects. \nDemonstrated ownership of project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, contracts, change control, and customer commitments. \nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, customers, contractors, suppliers, and field-service partners through execution and closeout. \nStrong customer-facing communication and the ability to lead difficult discussions constructively under schedule pressure. \nAbility to understand technical project information while relying on Engineering and Deployment Engineering for technical authority. \nValid passport and ability to meet customer safety, security, and site-access requirements \nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline. \nProject Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent recognized credential. \nExperience in data centres, mission-critical facilities, EPC delivery, industrial construction, HVAC, process piping, utilities, or direct liquid cooling. \nExperience with hyperscale customers, multi-site deployments, project controls, schedule recovery, commissioning, and operational handover. \nWe thank every candidate in advance; however, we will contact only those selected for an interview.
