processes\n\nMaintain technical documentation and knowledge articles\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience\n\nStrong experience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIsand integrations\n\n(server-side and client-side)\nIn-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture\n\nExperience with (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc)\n\nFamiliarity with CMDB and ITSM\n\nExperience with otherApplication would be plus likeITOM, HRSD.\n\nUnderstanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices\n\nExperience certifications (CSM, ITSM,MCOetc.)\n\nExperience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting\n\nKnowledge of UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration\n\nExposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework)\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nExcellent communication and documentation abilities\n\nAbility to work independently and in a team environment\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience\n\nMin 3+ Years of experience in
