Remove blockers and ensure predictable delivery.\nShould be able to oversee integrations between D365 and Azure, ERPs, Downstream and Upstream systems, Power Platform and Data platforms.\nParticipate in the Scrum process as a developer, with activities including Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Estimating, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Demos and Sprint retrospectives.\nMinimal Qualifications\n10+ years’ experience working in an IT environment \n6+ years’ strong experience in MS Dynamics 365 implementation & support; extensive experience in programming languages: C#, .NET, JavaScript\nStrong experience in Web API development and plug in’s \nStrong experience in integration technologies including SQL Server & KingswaySoft to connect internal & third-party systems \nString experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops, MS Visual Studio and MS SQL server \nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or related area\nExperience with Power BI, SQL Server Integration Services, ASP.net, client-side JavaScript frameworks\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience of working in a methodical and structured manner\nExcellent communication skills: presentation, written, and oral\nStrong interpersonal skills to successfully team with software vendors, outsourcing partners and internal business and IT associates\nMust be able to perform as an effective member in a team-oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve desired results while working with minimal supervision\nEnthusiasm for learning new skills and technologies, and passion for conveying knowledge\nExcellent organization skills\nA trusted partner at nearly three million commercial customer locations, Ecolab (ECL) is the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services.
