This position will require partnership across multiple stakeholders within the organization and will have significant exposure and growth opportunities supported by a management team committed to associate development.\nWhat You Will Do:\nAnalyze trends for Ecolab divisions, including volume and pricing and provide insights to the divisional teams on Key performance metrics\nCoordinate monthly close and forecast activities, including communicating guidance, facilitating system loads, analyzing results Salles/ Gross profit & SG&A ), and preparing content for financial reviews with senior leadership\nPerform Operation income reconciliation from Forecast to Actuals\nPrepare Daily sales variance vs forecast to arrive at month end finish estimates Vs forecast\nPrimary owner of developing a driver-based 50/50 forecast\nPartner with division finance teams to understand external and internal business dynamics and their impact on results\nLead the creation of annual plan by leveraging the trend based analytical model to arrive at a high-level proposal & coordinate/communicate with multiple key stakeholders\nDevelop sustainable content for use in monthly business reviews (MBRs) and provide ad-hoc financial analytics and deep dives to facilitate decision making\nPartner with broader stakeholders to drive critical reporting needs and capabilities\nMinimum Qualifications:\nChartered Accountant /MBA premier business school\n5 plus years of experience in financial Planning & Analysis\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFinancial planning and analysis experience\nAbility to translate financial analysis into insights and action plans\nAbility to identify key metrics critical to business performance and provide easily understood and actionable management reporting\nStrong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management\nStrong presentation skills to communicate complex financial and performance information with a variety of audiences, including those with limited finance background\nSelf-motivated with ability to efficiently organize and prioritize competing priorities\nDemonstrated attention to detail and ability to develop, implement and interpret financial models\nStrong PC and systems skills (Power BI,
