Combined this is a cluster with a lot of large customers representation across all segments.\nThe North/Benelux Lead must be able to think beyond traditional cleaning and sanitation programs and understand how customers operate across the full production environment. The role requires the ability to develop integrated customer value propositions that connect:\nCleaning and sanitation performance\nProcess water optimization\nWastewater treatment and discharge management\nWater reuse and sustainability initiatives\nEnergy efficiency and operational productivity\nFood safety, quality, and compliance outcomes\nDigital monitoring and performance optimization\nThe successful candidate will be able to engage customers at both operational and strategic levels, helping position FBU as a partner that improves the overall performance and sustainability of food and beverage manufacturing operations.\nResponsibilities\nGrowth & Commercial Impact\nIdentify growth opportunities, white-space opportunities, and market trends within the cluster.\nDrive demand generation and pipeline creation initiatives in partnership with sales teams.\nSupport commercial planning, pricing initiatives, strategic account programs, and new solution launches.\nMonitor business performance and marketing ROI across markets.\nCustomer & Market Engagement\nDeeply understand customer needs, industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.\nPartner with Corporate Accounts and field sales teams to support strategic customers and key growth initiatives such as ABM.\nRepresent the voice of the customer in European marketing planning processes.\nPortfolio & Innovation Execution\nLead deployment of Global and European innovation programs, strategic campaigns, and digital solutions.\nCollaborate with Segment Marketing and Global teams to adapt value propositions and content for local markets.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrategic thinking and Customer-centric mindset\nLeadership and talent development\nStrong communication
