This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials are available to support product development, testing, and operational activities across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, accountability, and collaboration are essential to success.\nWhat’s in it For You\nDay 1 Coverage: Employer-paid comprehensive benefits, including dental, prescription drug, vision, paramedical coverage, and a $1,000 annual Flexible Spending Account.\nRRSP: 2% employer-sponsored contribution.\nEnjoy three weeks of vacation, six flex days, and a one-week paid company-wide holiday shutdown.\n$1,000 Annual professional development allowance to support your ongoing learning, skill development, and career growth.\nDress for your day in a casual, professional environment.\nWork in a hybrid environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nCreate and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders while tracking approvals through completion.\nReview Bills of Materials (BOMs) and procure materials to support project schedules and operational requirements.\nMonitor supplier order acknowledgements, delivery commitments, backorders, and expedite activities as necessary.\nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments from origin through final delivery.\nReceive, inspect, document, and process incoming materials and shipments.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.\nReview purchasing card transactions and ensure supporting documentation is submitted and reconciled.\nSupport warehouse operations and material handling activities as required.\nMaintain organized inventory and staging areas using 5S principles and best practices.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material flow.\nPartner with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure materials are available when needed.\nMinimum Qualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, or materials coordination.\nExperience using ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems.\nExperience supporting engineering, research and development, laboratory, manufacturing, or production environments.\nReach truck and/or forklift certification.\nExperience working with prototype, custom-build, or low-volume manufacturing projects.\nFamiliarity with inventory control, material planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nWe thank every candidate in advance; however, we will contact only those selected for an interview.
