This position is ideal for a technically driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced lab environment and playing a critical role in validating next-generation liquid cooling solutions.\nWhat’s in it For You\nDay 1 Coverage: Employer-paid comprehensive benefits, including dental, prescription drug, vision, paramedical coverage, and a $1,000 annual Health Spending Account.\nRRSP: 2% employer-sponsored contribution.\nEnjoy three weeks of vacation, six flex days, and a one-week paid company-wide holiday shutdown.\n$1,000 Annual professional development allowance to support your ongoing learning, skill development, and career growth. \nDress for your day in a casual, professional environment.\nWork in a hybrid environment.\nWhat You Will Do\nExecute validation and qualification testing of passive cold plate loops and related liquid cooling hardware.\nAssemble and configure test setups including instrumentation, plumbing, sensors, and data acquisition systems according to approved procedures.\nDesign and develop test fixtures to support product validation activities.\nPerform thermal, pressure, flow, leak, and functional testing in accordance with defined test methods.\nSupport test planning and scheduling activities by preparing equipment, fixtures, and required instrumentation.\nTroubleshoot test setups, instrumentation, and laboratory equipment issues to ensure efficient test execution and minimize downtime.\nRecord and document test conditions, observations, and results accurately in laboratory logs and data systems.\nReview collected data for completeness and identify anomalies or issues requiring further investigation.\nAssist engineering teams with root cause investigations through controlled testing and detailed documentation of findings.\nMaintain and calibrate lab equipment, sensors, and instrumentation as required.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of test methods, laboratory processes, and standard work practices.\nFollow all laboratory safety procedures and best practices when operating test equipment and handling fluids and pressurized systems.\nPosition Details\n100% in the office\nEvening Shift - 3pm to 11:30pm\nMinimum Qualifications\nDiploma in Engineering Technology or a related technical discipline.\n2-3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical, thermal, or fluid system testing.\nWorking knowledge of SolidWorks.\nPractical experience with test setups, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.\nExperience performing pressure, flow, thermal, and leak testing.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and test procedures.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a hands-on laboratory environment.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately execute, document, and report test results.\nEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced laboratory environment.\nCommitment to safety, quality, and accurate test execution.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with data center liquid cooling systems.\nFamiliarity with rack-level cooling infrastructure including manifolds, hoses, quick disconnects, and fittings.\nExperience supporting engineering validation, qualification, or product development programs.\nExperience working in a manufacturing, product development, or testing laboratory environment.\nWe thank every candidate in advance; however, we will contact only those selected for an interview.
