This is the perfect job if you are self-motivated, with a bias for action, a sense of urgency, and tendency to quickly take personal responsibility to drive improvements and achieve manufacturing excellence.\nWhat’s in it For You:\nOpportunity for a long-term career path within Ecolab Supply Chain\n\nThrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies in the world\n\nComprehensive benefits package starting day 1 of employment- medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, company paid pension, stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement and more!\n\nWhat you will do:\nAligning plant resources with business priorities of Safety, Quality, Service and Savings\n\nAssist in the creation, deployment, and execution of the site Master Plan\n\nLead the overall TPM strategy at the site, lead a TPM Pillar as part of the plant TPM Steering Committee and be an active participant in other pillars\n\nActively participate as a hands-on operations team member, engaging in daily management systems and identifying opportunities for improvement on a continuous basis\n\nAdvocate for change in a continuous improvement environment by prioritizing and managing CI initiatives\n\nBuild and coach effective teams that advance the site Vision and Compelling Business Needs\n\nDrive productivity efficiency and loss elimination by engaging associates at all levels\n\nLead the site’s progression of TPM through Ecolab’s Journey to Silver Assessment\n\nDeliver TPM training aligned with training plans and support the skills required to create a Loss Analysis culture.\n\nParticipate as a member of the regional TPM Community of Practice (CoP), sharing best practices and driving the organization to high performance.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree\n\n5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain environment\n\n2-3 years of experience in CI Systems methodology including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma\n\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and/or project management certified\n\nExperience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams, especially in productivity efficiency and loss elimination (Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, PDCA) projects\n\nWorking knowledge of TPM (Operational excellence and lean manufacturing) and HPO principles and methodology (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Visual Management, Kaizen, Organizational Design)\n\nStrong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop others and strategically plan for continuous improvement.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization\n\nImmigration Sponsorship is not offered for this position\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Science or Business\n\n7+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment\n\n3-5 years leading TPM implementation and lean six sigma in a manufacturing setting\n\nStrong financial acumen with costing background\n\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified\n\nExperience leading process improvement projects for chemical processes\n\nProven experience driving culture change using sound change management methodology\n\nAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range\nThe base salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $145,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
