Leveraging the principles of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), continuous improvement, and change management, this role develops and executes training strategies for both new hires and existing associates to enhance capability, productivity, and operational excellence.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the design, development, and delivery of onboarding and training programs to ensure associates are prepared to perform their roles safely, effectively, and productively.\nPartner with site leaders and frontline associates to understand role requirements, identify training needs, and evaluate training effectiveness, including the development of role-specific training plans.\nDevelop, evaluate, and continuously improve training content, courses, and learning materials.\nMaintain training records and ensure compliance with required HR, Safety, Environmental, Health, and operational training programs.\nSupport and coach site trainers to ensure training is delivered consistently and effectively, including trainee assessments and trainer evaluations.\nCreate and manage training checklists, qualification programs, and certification processes that document training completion and employee readiness.\nCollaborate with the Leadership Team and TPM Training & People Development (TP&D) Pillar to identify capability gaps using TPM loss analysis and prioritize training initiatives.\nPartner with regional TPM TP&D teams and Training Specialists to share best practices, leverage existing training resources, and standardize approaches where appropriate.\nComplete TPM Workday learning modules and incorporate TPM, TP&D, and HPO principles into both short- and long-term training strategies.\nSupport Human Resources with site-specific training initiatives, including New Hire Orientation, Workplace Respect, Code of Conduct, and other compliance-related programs.\nCoordinate and deliver training through a variety of learning methods, including instructor-led, computer-based, hands-on, classroom, workshop, simulator, and distance-learning formats.\nPartner with external training providers, as needed, to implement specialized training programs.\nCoordinate training logistics, including training facilities, equipment, computer access, and other infrastructure requirements.\nDevelop assessments, quizzes, and evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and knowledge retention.\nWork various shifts as needed to support training activities, with primary responsibilities occurring during day shift hours.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field.\n2+ years of Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or related experience; OR 5+ years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated responsibility for employee training, onboarding, coaching, or workforce development.\nExperience utilizing Workday Learning or Workday training-related functionality.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing, facilitating, and delivering training programs in a manufacturing or operations environment.\n2+ years of experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).\nExperience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS), or continuous improvement methodologies.\nInstructional design, curriculum development, or adult learning experience.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities.\nProven coaching, mentoring, and employee development skills.\nAnnual or Hourly Compensation Range\nThe pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00.
