This is a 6-month contract \nWhat You’ll Do\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform all tasks involved in staging, storing, picking, distributing, receiving, and shipping materials.\nUtilize computer systems and RF equipment to stage, store, pick, distribute, receive, and ship materials.\nRecord accurate inventory and transaction data in ERP/WMS systems.\nPack, label, wrap, and load outbound shipments.\nParticipate in daily cycle counts and annual inventory activities.\nSupport Production teams as required.\nOperate material-handling equipment to move materials throughout the facility.\nMaintain a clean and organized warehouse by removing scrap, cardboard, and strapping materials.\nComplete hazard assessments and reduce risks associated with manual material handling.\nSafely use lifting and handling equipment for heavy or awkward loads.\nReport near misses and complete incident reports when required.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and eliminate non-value-added activities.\nPerform other duties as assigned by Management.\nWho You Are\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2-3 years of warehouse operations experience, including: Inbound and outbound inventory transactions, Material staging and storage, Picking and distribution of materials, Shipping and receiving activities\nExperience in a technology-driven manufacturing environment preferred\nLegally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.\nAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, including walking, standing, bending, climbing, and moving throughout the facility.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEducation in Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.\nExperience using Oracle NetSuite ERP/WMS.\nForklift operating experience.\nSkills & Competencies\nPositive attitude with strong energy, flexibility, and adaptability.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nDependable, reliable, service-oriented, and team-focused approach.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAbility to consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks and safely lift up to 50 lbs.\nWe thank every candidate in advance; however, we will contact only those selected for an interview.\nPlease note: immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.\nSuccessful candidates for this position will be required to undergo background checks, including criminal record checks and education verification.\nABOUT COOLIT, AN ECOLAB COMPANY\nFounded in Calgary, Alberta in 2001, CoolIT Systems is the leading Direct Liquid Cooling technology provider for data centers, supercomputers, and desktop computers.
