regular travel to project locations and direct engagement with farmers and rural communities.\nPrimary duties and responsibilities:\n· Develop and implement program work plans and activities.\n· Coordinate field teams and ensure effective execution of program activities.\n· Monitor program progress, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.\n· Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, communities, partners, and other stakeholders.\n· Conduct regular field visits to assess implementation and address challenges.\n· Prepare program reports and provide regular updates to management.\n· Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions.\n· Ensure program activities comply with company policies and standards.\n· Collect and analyze field data to measure program performance and impact.\n· Support training and capacity-building activities for field teams and beneficiaries.\n· Coordinate with finance, logistics, procurement, and other departments as required.\n· Monitor the achievement of program targets and deliverables.\n· Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives.\n· Ensure effective communication between field teams and management.\nQualifications & Experience\n· Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.\n· 3-5 years of experience in program/project management.\n· Experience in agriculture, commodities, rural development, or a related sector is an advantage.\n· Strong field coordination and stakeholder management skills.\n· Experience managing teams and working in rural/field environments.\n· Excellent planning, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n· Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities.\n· Ability and willingness to travel extensively.\n· Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.\n· Must be bilingual and fluent in both English and French, both verbally and in
