# IT Support Engineer

Ondersteun ongeveer 300 eindgebruikers, coördineer de binnenkomende meldingen en verbeter de supportdesk continu vanuit eigen initiatief. Jouw rol Als medior IT Support Engineer ben je een centraal aanspreekpunt voor onze eindgebruikers. Vanuit de IT-afdeling ondersteunen we verschillende werkmaatschappijen en ongeveer 300 eindgebruikers bij hun dagelijkse IT-vraagstukken. Je communiceert gemakkelijk met gebruikers op alle niveaus binnen de organisatie en weet jouw benadering af te stemmen op de persoon en de situatie. Je houdt je niet alleen bezig met het aannemen, registreren en oplossen van meldingen. Je bewaakt en coördineert ook de volledige instroom van incidenten en serviceverzoeken, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt dat meldingen tijdig bij de juiste behandelaar terechtkomen. Je analyseert problemen, lost deze waar mogelijk zelfstandig op en schakelt met collega’s of externe leveranciers wanneer aanvullende technische expertise nodig is. Je komt terecht in een afwisselende werkomgeving waarin ondersteuning van de eindgebruiker centraal staat.
