In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex data migration activities from legacy systems into the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) platform.\nThis is a technical and consultative role requiring hands-on expertise in CSOD data structures, data transformation, extraction, and validation, as well as clear communication with client stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Migration Execution: End-to-end data migration planning, mapping, extraction, transformation, loading, and validation into CSOD modules.\nRequirements & Data Mapping: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data requirements, legacy field mapping, and transformation rules tailored to CSOD standards.\nTechnical Integration & Tools: Utilize CSOD Edge, and standard data load templates (Edge Import) for seamless data transfer.\nTesting & Quality Assurance: Perform mock migrations, data integrity checks, reconciliation, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nStakeholder & Vendor Alignment: Collaborate with client IT teams, CSOD Global Customer Support (GCS), and project managers to manage migration timelines, risks, and cutover strategies.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nProven Experience in CSOD Data Migration: Hands-on experience successfully migrating data into the Cornerstone OnDemand platform on enterprise-scale projects.\nCSOD Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of CSOD data models, Edge Import, and standard data load specifications across key modules.\nProblem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot migration errors, data mismatch issues, and CSOD API/Edge import logs.\nCommunication: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate complex technical data requirements to non-technical stakeholders.\nNice to have\nCSOD Implementer / Technical Certification.\nData & ETL Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel/VBA, or data transformation tools (Python/ETL platforms) for data cleaning, manipulation, and validation.\nExperience with overnight/cutover data migration in global, multi-timezone environments.\nKnowledge of legacy HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or custom LMS databases).\n\nWhat do we offer?\nBenefits package (private health insurance, sports card, group insurance).\nFree English lessons with a dedicated teacher.\nAccess to an extensive training library covering both soft and technical skills.\nSports activities.\nTeam-building events, contests, and challenges. \nProgram poleceń sprzedażowych i referral friends \nWho we are - in a nutshell:\nWe are a leader in technology services for companies in regulated industries.
