In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of tech and strategy-crafting custom API solutions, mastering enterprise data flows, and shaping how large organizations run.\nKey Responsibilities\nDelivering integration and data migration projects within the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) ecosystem for enterprise clients.\nConfiguring and implementing technical solutions, including: SSO (Single Sign-On), IDF (Inbound Data Feed), and adapting systems to meet GDPR compliance requirements.\nActing as a Business Analyst for custom (code-based) integrations:\nConducting feasibility studies using the CSOD API.\nDesigning solutions and authoring User Stories (in ClickUp) for the development team.\nMigrating, analyzing, and transforming data using spreadsheets (Google Sheets / MS Excel) and SQL.\nTesting and verifying API endpoints (e.g., using Postman).\nActively collaborating with clients to gather business requirements and provide technical/business consulting in the SaaS domain.\nRequired Skills and Experience\n\nAt least 3 years of experience on a similar position.\nProfessional experience in IT consulting, with a strong focus on cloud systems implementation or integration / SaaS.\nEnglish proficiency at a minimum B2 level, enabling seamless communication with international clients and team members.\nPractical ability to work with large datasets: proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (advanced functions, data manipulation) and knowledge of SQL.\nHands-on experience working with APIs and the ability to perform API testing using tools such as Postman.\nPractical knowledge of data exchange structures (JSON, XML, CSV) and the ability to easily navigate and analyze technical documentation.\nStrong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical documentation / User Stories.\nHighly developed communication skills, a client-oriented mindset, and excellent personal workload management.\n\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) ecosystem or other HRMS / LMS / HCM systems.\nGeneral understanding of HR / Learning & Development processes within large enterprise organizations.\nGeneral understanding of networking mechanisms and cloud security (e.g., REST API principles, authentication methods, basic security protocols) as well as authentication mechanisms (SSO, SAML 2.0).\nExperience with automation / Low-Code / No-Code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate).\nExperience working in agile project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum).\nFamiliarity with ClickUp or similar tools (Jira, Confluence).\nWhat do we offer?\nBenefits package (private health insurance, sports card, group insurance).\nFree English lessons with a dedicated teacher.\nAccess to an extensive training library covering both soft and technical skills.\nSports activities.\nTeam-building events, contests, and challenges. \nProgram poleceń sprzedażowych i referral friends \nWho we are - in a nutshell:\nWe are a leader in technology services for companies in regulated industries.
