This is the first milestone of a broader supply chain transformation program, so the project offers a real prospect of continued collaboration. We are looking for someone who combines a leadership role with hands-on system configuration, rather than only coordinating the work of others. This is a fixed-term engagement of up to 6 months.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeading the SAP PP/DS implementation on S/4HANA across several plants in Germany: from fit-to-standard workshops with planners to key decisions on the resource model and planning strategy.\nHands-on PP/DS configuration: heuristics, setup matrix, resource model, PDS, planning board.\nProviding functional oversight of the implementation partner, including assessing and enforcing the quality of the delivered solution.\nPreparing and executing cutover, being present on-site during critical phases (especially go-live), and supporting the hypercare period.\nManaging the “template at the first plant, then rollout” approach to keep the configuration consistent across all locations.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nStrong, hands-on experience in configuring and implementing SAP PP/DS.\nExperience as a project lead or workstream lead on an SAP implementation in production or supply chain.\nGerman language skills sufficient to run workshops and work with the client’s team.\nWillingness to spend increased time on-site in Germany during critical project phases, including go-live (permanent on-site presence is not required).\nNice to have\nExperience with embedded PP/DS on S/4HANA (not only APO PP/DS).\nExperience in process manufacturing (PP-PI), ideally in food, feed, chemicals or pharma.\nInvolvement in rolling out a single PP/DS template across multiple plants (template + rollout).\nKnowledge of the broader SAP SCM landscape, e.g. IBP, aATP, S&OP.\nWhat do we offer?\nBenefits package (private health insurance, sports card, group insurance).\n\nFree English lessons with a dedicated teacher.\n\nAccess to an extensive training library covering both soft and technical skills.\n\nSports activities.\n\nTeam-building events, contests, and challenges.\n\nProgram poleceń sprzedażowych i referral friends\n\nWho we are - in a nutshell:\nWe are a leader in technology services for companies in regulated industries.
