This is an opportunity for a technically skilled developer to partner directly with business leaders across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales to design solutions that improve processes, enable growth, and deliver measurable business value.\nIf you're passionate about ERP development, business process improvement, integrations, and solving complex operational challenges, we'd love to talk with you.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and Enhance Epicor Kinetic Solutions\nDesign, develop, and support Epicor Kinetic customizations using Application Studio.\nCreate and maintain BPMs to automate workflows and improve business processes.\nDevelop and optimize BAQs, dashboards, and reports.\nBuild scalable ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.\nConfigure screens, layers, menus, and security settings based on business needs.\nParticipate in testing, validation, deployment, and code review activities.\nPartner with the Business\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.\nTranslate business needs into scalable technical solutions.\nSupport ERP enhancements, upgrades, implementations, and new feature rollouts.\nHelp drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.\nBuild Integrations and Manage Data\nDevelop and maintain REST API integrations between Epicor Kinetic and business applications.\nCreate SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extracts.\nSupport data migration, cleansing, validation, and synchronization activities.\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration and data-related issues.\nDeliver Reporting and Insights\nDevelop and maintain SSRS reports and operational dashboards.\nSupport executive and departmental reporting initiatives.\nEnsure reporting accuracy, reliability, and performance.\nProvide Technical Support and Expertise\nResolve complex ERP application issues and enhancement requests.\nPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.\nParticipate in change management, release management, and deployment activities.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and development standards.\nShare knowledge and best practices with users, project teams, and IT colleagues.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n3+ years of Epicor ERP or Epicor Kinetic development experience.\nStrong experience with:\nEpicor Kinetic Application Studio\nBAQs (Business Activity Queries)\nBPM (Business Process Management)\nDashboards and Data Discovery\nEpicor REST Services and Functions\nSecurity Configuration and Layer Management\nMicrosoft SQL Server\nSSRS Reporting Services\nAPI development and integrations\nJSON and XML\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, or PowerShell.\nExperience with Workato or Automation Studio.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or customer service operations.\nExperience with Azure Integration Services, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies.\nEpicor Kinetic certifications.\nExperience supporting ERP upgrades, migrations, patching, and release management activities.\nFamiliarity with ITIL practices and application lifecycle management.\nWhat Will Make You Successful\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nA customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering business value.\nStrong collaboration skills paired with the ability to work independently.\nA desire to continuously improve systems, processes, and user experiences.\nWhy Join Ecore?\nAt Ecore, technology is a strategic driver of growth and innovation.
