These roles involve operating specialized machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced setting.\nMachines in Operation\nStamper Operator: Operate press machines to punch tiles, auto-stack products, and perform quality checks. Preferred experience with HMI control panels.\nReroller Operator: Final stage of production; use forklift and hoist to cut rolls to customer specifications and prepare for shipping.\nMix Operator: Combine wet and dry materials, load molds, and secure lids. Requires comfort in confined spaces for machine clean-out; heavy equipment experience preferred.\nLamination Operator: Highly technical role with 3-month training; work with chemicals and advanced machinery as part of a 4-person team.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate machine safely and efficiently\nPerform quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards\nInput and retrieve data from ERP systems\nCommunicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members\nMaintain attention to detail while managing machine interfaces\nQualifications\nPrevious manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods\nProven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nBasic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred\nSafety-conscious and able to work overtime as needed\nWork Environment\nRubber manufacturing facility\nLoud, dusty, and not climate-controlled\nPPE required: safety glasses, steel/composite toe boots, ear protection\nThe above are not intended to be an all-inclusive list of the duties, responsibilities and requirements of the job described.
