This role supports material processing, product quality, packaging, and equipment performance while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate and monitor production line equipment with minimal supervision\nPerform equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process adjustments\nConduct quality inspections and testing procedures\nComplete production documentation and inventory transactions\nFollow production standards and packaging requirements\nPerform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance\nOperate forklifts, skid steers, and other material handling equipment\nMaintain housekeeping and 6S standards\nParticipate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities\nWire Removal Machine Operator - 3rd Shift\nSchedule: Tuesday - Friday, 7:00 PM - 6:00 AMMondays: Occasional overtime as needed\nThe Wire Removal Machine Operator is responsible for operating specialized equipment that processes recycled tires into approximately ¾-inch rubber chips while removing embedded tire wire. This position requires machine operation experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to perform equipment cleaning and maintenance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOperate tire grinding and wire removal equipment\nMonitor material flow and equipment performance throughout production\nEnsure rubber chips meet quality specifications\nRemove and manage recovered tire wire materials\nOperate a sit-down forklift to transport materials and finished products\nConduct routine inspections and identify mechanical issues\nPerform cleaning and preventative maintenance activities\nSafely enter equipment for cleaning and maintenance following lockout/tagout procedures\nMaintain accurate production records\nKeep work areas clean, organized, and safety compliant\nBuffering Machine Operator\nThe Buffering Machine Operator will be responsible for operating equipment used in the tire processing operation while ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are achieved.
