This includes processing incoming and outgoing invoices, monitoring payments and receivables, and ensuring transactions are correctly recorded and documented.\n- Reconciling Accounts: Preparing and maintaining regular balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, credit card, payroll, intercompany, and other relevant accounts. Investigating discrepancies and ensuring open items are resolved accurately and on time.\n- Managing Closings: Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, intercompany accounting, and other closing-related tasks to ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting..\n- External & Statutory Reporting: Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory and regulatory requirements, including VAT and tax-related filings, statutory financial statements, and reports to national banks, statistical offices, and other relevant authorities. Coordinating with external accounting, payroll, and tax advisors where required.\n- Regulatory Compliance & Controls: Ensuring accounting activities and financial reporting comply with applicable local GAAP requirements, internal policies, and US GAAP reporting requirements.
