Learn more at www.entouchcontrols.com.\nWe are seeking a Deployment Project Manager to lead the installation, commissioning, and successful delivery of Entouch energy management systems across commercial facilities nationwide. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between customers, subcontractors, field teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Entouch quality standards.\nThis is a highly collaborative, field-focused role ideal for someone with strong HVAC controls knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience managing multiple deployments simultaneously.\nWhatYou’llDo\nProject Management & Execution\nLead end-to-end deployment activities for assigned installation projects \nDevelop project schedules, execution plans, and resource coordination strategies \nManage installation and subcontractor costs to ensure budget alignment \nSupport subcontractor sourcing, bid reviews, and scope evaluations \nTrack project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution \nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary customer contact throughout project execution \nCommunicate project status, timelines, and key milestones to customers and leadership \nCoordinate across internal departments including Operations, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Service \nMaintainaccurateproject documentation including schedules, RFIs, change orders, and closeout materials \nInstallation & Commissioning Oversight\nCoordinate equipment startup, commissioning, and system validation activities \nConduct regular site visits to verify installation quality and adherence to scope \nProvidetechnical guidance and scope clarification to installers and subcontractors \nIdentifyand proactively resolve field issues to minimize schedule or cost impacts \nEnsure smooth turnover from installation to service and support teams \nScope & Financial Management\nIdentify, document, and manage change orders and out-of-scope work \nSupport contract adjustments and customer negotiations as needed \nMonitor project financial performance and support cost forecasting activities \nContinuous Improvement & Safety\nProvide field feedback to Engineering and Product teams to improve product quality and deployment processes \nSupport training initiatives for internal teams and subcontractors \nPromote and uphold all company and site safety standards \nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience & Education\n3-5 years of project management experience in HVAC controls, building automation systems (BAS), mechanical systems, or related commercial construction environments \nAssociate’s orBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, HVAC, or a related technical discipline preferred \nPMP certification is a plus \nTechnical Knowledge\nUnderstanding of commercial HVAC systems, controls, and installation practices \nFamiliarity with BAS/DDC controls and low-voltage electrical systems \nAbility to read construction drawings, wiring diagrams, and project specifications \nSkills & Attributes\nStrong communicationand customer relationship management skills \nHighly organized with strong attention to detail \nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously \nStrong problem-solving and negotiation skills \nComfortable working independently in fast-paced field environments \nWillingness to travelapproximately 10-20% domestically \nWork Environment\nThis role includes occasional travel to commercial job sites across the United States, typically averaging 10-20% travel. Work may be performed in indoor and outdoor environments with occasional exposure to construction-related conditions including noise, dust, temperature fluctuations, and active mechanical or electrical systems.
