Working between our Stadium and Training Ground, you'll become part of a dedicated kitchen team committed to delivering innovative, high-quality food that fuels performance, recovery and wellbeing.\nReporting to the Head Chef, you will support the catering operation by helping to plan, prepare and deliver exceptional food standards across a variety of services. You'll oversee your own section within the training ground, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation.\nWorking in a fast-paced environment, you'll help create nutritionally focused menus tailored to professional athletes' needs, while embracing a positive mindset and continually striving for excellence.\nCore Responsibilities:\nAssist in the creation and delivery of diverse, balanced and nutritionally focused vegan menus to support athlete performance and recovery.\nSupport food ordering processes and stock control activities to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.\nTake ownership of a designated section within the training ground and ensure it operates effectively.\nPresent high-quality dishes in line with the Club's culinary standards.\nMaintain a clean, organised and safe working environment at all times.\nEnsure compliance with all health, safety and food hygiene regulations.\nWork collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and productive team environment.\nDemonstrate a willingness to learn, develop and grow within an elite sporting environment.\nTravel with teams when required, acting as a representative of the Catering Department and providing food provisions as needed.\nPromote and uphold Club policies and values while supporting colleagues across the organisation.\nAbout You\nWe're looking for an individual who is passionate about food, thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards.
