Direct pool-industry experience is strongly preferred, while candidates from comparable specialist dealer channels with a strong ability to learn pool robotics will also be considered.\nKey Responsibilities\nPool Channel Development & Growth\nManage and develop an assigned portfolio of pool distributors, specialist retailers, independent pool shops, pool builders, installers and dealer partners.\nIdentify, approach and onboard new channel partners to expand regional coverage and build a strong specialist pool network.\nDrive sell-in and sell-out through structured partner plans, assortment development and regular field follow-up.\nPartner Enablement\nTrain distributor and dealer sales teams on pool robotics, product positioning and value propositions.\nSupport product demonstrations, dealer events, seasonal activations and local marketing initiatives.\nWork with partners to strengthen product consultation and after-sales/service capabilities.\nCommercial Execution\nDevelop and implement annual sales, distribution and promotional plans for the assigned market.\nNegotiate pricing, promotions and commercial agreements within company guidelines.\nMonitor sales performance, sell-out, stock levels, distribution coverage and profitability\nMarket Intelligence & Representation\nTrack pool-market developments, competitor activity, channel structures, seasonal dynamics and trends in pool equipment and robotic pool cleaning.\nRepresent ECOVACS at pool-industry events, dealer meetings, trade fairs and partner activities.\nYour profile\nProfessional Background\n3-7+ years of experience in sales, key account management or business development, ideally in a specialist pool dealer or pool distributor or pool equipment manufacturer.\nStrong preference for candidates with an established understanding and network in the pool channel, such as:Pool retailers and independent pool specialist shops; pool distributors and wholesalers.\nPool builders, installers, maintenance/service companies, or suppliers of pool equipment and accessories.\n\nExperience with pool robotics is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
