Compensation is determined by discipline, credential level, and course type. Ranges reflect good faith estimates based on current pay practices.\nThis is not a remote position. This position is based at our Glen Allen, VA campus location. The ideal candidate will be teaching courses during weekday morning sessions.\nPosition Summary: ECPI University faculty members are responsible for delivering quality, student-centered, hands-on active instruction to prepare our students for success.\nProvide practical hands-on instruction to create an engaging learning environment.\nEmploy instructional technology and active learning approaches to enhance the learning experience and achieve learning outcomes.\nEvaluate student academic performance using a variety of assessments and techniques.\nParticipate in scheduled University activities.\nStay current in subject matter through professional development.\nAll other duties assigned.\nEducation/Experience\nBachelor’s degree in dietetics, food and nutrition, or related field preferred.\nAn undergraduate degree in Culinary Arts or a Foodservice related field preferred.\n3 -
