This role plays a critical part in advancing our digital ecosystem by delivering innovative solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack. The successful candidate will collaborate across IT teams and academic departments to ensure technology enables learning, research, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Dynamics 365 using plugins, JavaScript, workflows, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps.\nConfigure and extend Dataverse entities, forms, dashboards, and security roles to support business and academic needs.\nIntegrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications (student information systems, learning management systems, HR, finance, etc.) to streamline data and processes.\nPartner with business analysts, faculty, and administrative staff to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nMaintain and optimize existing Dynamics 365 configurations, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.\nProvide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to IT colleagues and campus stakeholders.\nMonitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements following best practices.\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.\nExperience: 3-5 years of professional experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.\nExperience building workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom connectors.\nFamiliarity with Dataverse, Azure services, and SQL Server.\nExperience integrating enterprise applications in higher education a plus.\nCertifications: Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or MB-300/MB-500 strongly preferred.\nOther Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills for working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.\nBenefits of Employment\nECPI University provides a comprehensive benefits program designed to help our faculty and staff stay healthy, feel supported, and maintain a work/life balance.
