organization’s business results and financial position.\n•Oversee the archiving of accounting documents, including those related to the organization’s assets/receivables and its liabilities/obligations.\n•Monitor accounts for customers, suppliers, banks, petty cash, general ledgers, assets, and debit/credit balances.\n•Review the trial balance and verify the accuracy of the balances contained therein.\n•Prepare payroll entries (and similar items) and reconcile the accrued payroll accounts against the trial balance.\n•Managing tax accounts and tax filings (Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax, Payroll Tax, Solidarity Contribution, Emergency Relief Fund Contribution, Income Tax, and Social Insurance).\n•Monitoring the tax authority’s electronic portal.\n•Submitting tax returns to the Tax Authority.\n•Tracking expenses and identifying any variances.\n•Overseeing daily cash flow to ensure the company’s liquidity and ability to meet financial obligations.\n•Discussing the monthly income statement with the Board of Directors to support key decision-making.\n•Coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with the external audit firm.\n•Supervising the preparation of actual and tax-related budgets.\n•Organizing and overseeing inventory/stock-taking committees on a monthly, quarterly, or annual
