主な職務内容（Primary Responsibilities）
1. 戦略的マーケット開拓と需要創出（Demand Generation）
営業・マーケティング連携と需要喚起: マーケティングチームと強固に連携し、ターゲットアカウントや業界別の需要喚起キャンペーン、イベント等を企画・リード。潜在的な人材・スキル課題を戦略的に提起し、新規案件を自ら創出する
テリトリー＆アカウント戦略の策定・実行: 担当テリトリーの販売計画・戦略を立案・実行。アカウント営業チームと連携し、トレーニングビジネス機会の最大化のみならず、Red Hat製品やコンサルティングサービスを含めたアカウント全体の成長を実現する戦略的視点を持って推進する
2. トレーニングサービスの販売・プロセス主導
販売目標の達成: 担当テリトリのRed Hat Training Services の販売計画を実行し、年間および四半期の売り上げ目標を達成する
エンドツーエンドの案件主導: 顧客およびアカウント営業チームと連携し、機会創出から提案、契約締結、導入後の利用定着、継続提案（クロスセル／アップセル）までの一連のプロセスを主導する
進捗管理とギャップリカバリー: 販売計画の進捗と四半期の受注予測（フォアキャスト）を正確に管理・報告する。計画と予測にギャップが生じた場合は、リカバリーのためのアクションプランを迅速に策定・実行する
3. 人材育成ソリューションの提案と顧客伴走
課題解決型アプローチ: AI・クラウド時代のテクノロジー潮流を踏まえ、顧客のDXプロジェクトに伴うスキルギャップを特定。中長期的なトレーニング計画を設計・提案する
エグゼクティブ・エンゲージメント: 顧客のシニアリーダーや人事・人材開発責任者と信頼関係を構築し、大規模な組織人材育成プランを伴走型で支援する
4. 社内外のイネーブルメント＆ソートリーダーシップ
社内外における「人材変革・認定資格」のエキスパートとしてベストプラクティスを発信する
営業チームやパートナーに対し、トレーニング製品の価値提案に関するコーチングやナレッジ共有を実施し、組織全体のイネーブルメントに貢献する
必要なスキル・経験（Required Skills）
IT業界における提案型営業・ソリューション営業の経験（5年以上）
テリトリー／アカウント戦略を自ら策定し、売上目標を達成してきた実績
マーケティングやアカウントチームと連携し、能動的に需要・案件を創出（Demand Gen）した経験
計画と予測のギャップに対する分析力およびリカバリープランの実行力
顧客のITトランスフォーメーションや人材育成課題に対する深い理解と関心（AI、クラウドネイティブなどのテクノロジー潮流への知見）
顧客幹部（人材育成担当CxO、部長レベル）とのハイレベルなコミュニケーション能力
CRM（Salesforce等）を活用した正確な案件・パイプライン管理能力
企業の人材育成テーマに関する高い関心とパッション
ネイティブレベルの日本語力および対人交渉スキル
ビジネスレベルの英語力
