The ideal candidate will have strong project quality, supplier quality, manufacturing quality and audit experience within complex or regulated technical environments.\n\n POSITION INFO:\n\n Senior Project Quality Engineer Centurion, Gauteng Minimum requirements: Relevant Engineering qualification in Electronics, RF, or Mechanical Engineering 8+ years’ relevant quality and engineering experience. Experience in project quality planning, inspections, audits, supplier quality and manufacturing quality. Experience working within quality management systems such as ISO 9001. Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, engineering changes and acceptance criteria. Technical knowledge of electronics, RF, mechanical systems or engineered products. Experience in defence, security, government or other regulated environments will be advantageous. Strong Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills. Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project quality plans, inspection plans and quality documentation. Provide quality guidance on drawings, specifications, test procedures and acceptance criteria. Represent Quality during design reviews, testing, verification and project reviews. Drive risk management, non-conformances, root cause investigations and corrective actions. Work closely with Engineering, Projects, Production, Supply Chain, suppliers and customers. Lead\\/support internal and supplier audits, process audits and product inspections. Ensure compliance with quality systems, engineering standards, contracts and regulatory requirements. Prepare quality reports, FAI documentation and improvement actions. Provide quality leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a key quality contact during customer, government and third-party audits when required.
