This role focuses on coordinating Change Requests (CRs) and Problem Reports (PRs) generated through internal testing activities and customer feedback. The position works closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure issues are properly documented, tracked, communicated, and resolved in a timely manner.\nCoordinate and track software and system network-related issue tickets throughout the development process. \nReview incoming tickets for completeness, consistency, and required technical information. \nBased on high-level analysis, assign each ticket to the best member of the global engineering team to lead the needed change estimation or problem investigation. \nSupport standardization of issue reporting and tracking processes. \nFollow up with engineering teams and stakeholders regarding ticket status and resolution progress. \nSupport communication and alignment with customers regarding reported issues and status updates. \nMonitor issue aging, priorities, and closure progress. \nGenerate reports and metrics including issue inflow, burndown, and status tracking. \nSupport project meetings with issue tracking summaries and status updates. \nMaintain accurate documentation in tools such as Jira.\nRequirements\nThis is how you will take us forward:\nAbility and willingness to travel to California as needed to meet and collaborate with customer.\nHighly detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency with Jira and Microsoft Office applications is required.\nThe
