drive one-voice alignment across organizations on program issues, features, and specs\nDevelop and implement program management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for consistent, effective project execution\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, scope, and success criteria, and establish project plans and timelines\nMonitor program progress, identify risks/issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage program budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting\nRequirements\nREQUIREMENTS\n10+ years of overall experience, including 2-5 years in vehicle program management or a related field and 7-10+ years in the automotive industry\nPrior leadership experience, including managing direct reports, with a proven record leading and delivering complex programs and projects\nIn-depth knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and frameworks;
