features.\n\nPrimary Skills : \n\n- Strong experience in Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\n- Solid database expertise : PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Redis (preferred).\n\n- Proven SaaS architecture experience on AWS/GCP/Azure.\n\n- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab.\n\n- Exposure to AI/ML integration (e.g., LLM APIs, NLP, STT pipelines).\n\n- Excellent problem-solving, architecture, and leadership skills.\n\n- 12+ years in software development, including 3+ years leading teams.\n\nSecondary Skills : \n\n- Experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, or FreeSWITCH dialer engines.\n\n- Knowledge of SIP, WebRTC, and telephony systems.\n\n- Familiarity with autodialer modes : predictive, power, progressive, preview.\n\n- CRM integration experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho.\n\n- Understanding of compliance standards (DNC, GDPR, TCPA).\n\n- Experience with real-time analytics dashboards and call center KPIs.\n\nBonus Skills : \n\n- AI/ML : NLP,
