For more information, visit www.enterprisedb.com\nWe are hiring a NetSuite Developer cum Administrator with minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience and strong AI skills to own, extend and automate our NetSuite environment.\nAbout the Role\nThis is a hybrid role weighted toward development. You will keep NetSuite stable and well governed day to day and spend most of your time building: SuiteScript customizations, integrations, workflow automation and AI-enabled features that reduce manual work across Finance, Sales, Operations and Support.\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable solutions, and you will be expected to use AI tools both in how you build and in what you build.\nThe role is ~60% development and integration, 40% administration\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelopment and customization\nDesign, build, test and deploy SuiteScript 2.x solutions (User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, RESTlet and Workflow Action scripts).\nBuild and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, custom records, forms, fields and saved searches.\nDevelop SuiteTalk (SOAP and REST) and RESTlet integrations between NetSuite and CRM, banking and other data platforms.\nWrite clean, documented, version-controlled code and follow SDF (SuiteCloud Development Framework) deployment practices.\nAI and automation\nIdentify and deliver AI use cases in NetSuite, such as invoice and document data extraction, transaction classification, anomaly detection, forecasting support and natural-language reporting.\nIntegrate LLM APIs (for example, the Claude API) and NetSuite's N/llm module into scripts and workflows, with proper prompt design, guardrails and logging.\nUse AI coding assistants to speed up development, code review and test creation, while validating all output.\nEvaluate AI features and third-party AI tools for fit, cost, security and data privacy.\nAdministration and governance\nManage users, roles, permissions, subsidiaries, accounting periods and segregation-of-duties controls.\nMaintain sandbox and production environments, release management and the 2-per-year NetSuite release testing cycle.\nMonitor script performance, governance limits, integration failures and data quality; resolve issues quickly.\nSupport month-end close, audit and compliance (SOX-style) requirements with accurate configuration and documentation.\nCollaboration and support\nGather requirements from Finance, Sales, Ops and other teams, and translate them into technical designs.\nProvide tier-3 support, user training and clear documentation.\nMentor junior admins and analysts, and contribute to NetSuite roadmap planning.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a combined administrator and developer capacity.\nStrong SuiteScript 2.x skills (JavaScript), including debugging, governance management and performance tuning.\nProven experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, saved searches and SDF deployments.\nExperience building and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP web services, RESTlets, JSON and OAuth 2.0.\nSolid understanding of NetSuite financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Recognition, Inventory, Procurement) and role/permission design.\n AI skills (mandatory): demonstrated experience applying generative AI or machine learning to business systems, including prompt engineering, calling LLM APIs from code, and daily use of AI coding assistants. You should be able to describe a real AI-enabled solution you have shipped or prototyped.\nWorking knowledge of Git and a sandbox-to-production release process.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nNetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer II, ERP Consultant or Administrator).\nExperience with NetSuite SuiteApps, SuiteBilling, Advanced Revenue Management or multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environments.\nFamiliarity with iPaaS tools (Celigo, Boomi, Workato, n8n) and data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Power BI).\nExperience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search or AI agent frameworks connected to ERP data.\nKnowledge of Python or Node.js for supporting services and automation.\nExperience in a SaaS or subscription business.\nEDB is committed to supporting our employees' overall well being by offering a range of benefits and resources to promote a healthy work-life balance and wellness.
