Description:\n Oversee payment approval workflows across global bank accounts\n Own payment requests and resolve rejected, delayed or failed payments\n Maintain payment approval matrices and authority limits\n Schedule and execute debt service payments\n Support bank reconciliations and treasury-related audit requests\n Administer bank portal and treasury system access using least-privilege permissions\n Manage bank signatories, board resolutions, incumbency certificates and bank mandates\n Own bank KYC and AML requirements\n Maintain signatory registers across entities, accounts and banks\n Partner with FP&A on 13-week cash flow forecasting and liquidity optimization\n Coordinate intercompany funding across global entities\n Execute approved short-term cash investments and monitor yields, liquidity and counterparty exposure\n Prepare treasury reporting for senior leadership\n Improve treasury and tax processes, documentation and controls through automation and AI\n Coordinate US sales and use tax filings, nexus monitoring and state registrations\n Prepare corporate income tax estimates and track tax payments\n Coordinate R&D tax credit claims with external advisors\n Manage data requests and deadlines for external tax providers\n Support intercompany settlements under transfer pricing policy\n Lead indirect tax matters for acquisitions and integrations and support tax and transfer pricing projects\n Partner with Controllership, FP&A, Legal and external tax advisors\nRequirements:\n 5+ years of experience in treasury, tax or a closely related finance role in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment\n Strong understanding of payment controls, segregation of duties and user access governance\n Experience preparing bank documentation (KYC, mandates, incumbency certificates, signatory changes) across multiple banking partners and jurisdictions\n Familiarity with cross-border payments, withholding tax, intercompany settlements and
