You must have a minimum of 1+ years Building Services Consultancy Design experience and will be a competent user of 3D modelling tools including REVIT MEP and have experience using BIM.\nManage the design aspects of projects, as appropriate, to ensure deadlines are met.\nCarry out M&E design work as applicable using REVIT MEP and Navis delivering constructible 3D clash free models for EDC’s clients.\nAttend BIM coordination meetings as required representing EDC as a specialised BIM professional.\nEnsure BIM & CAD standards are upheld.\nFollow EDC’s Environmental Management System (EMS), including all related policies, procedures, and training.\nPerform duties in a manner that supports the company’s environmental objectives and sustainability commitments.\nWork-from-home arrangements to be agreed with the line manager, with an expectation of three days in the office and flexibility to balance business and personal needs.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nDiploma/Certificate in BIM or Engineering, Revit training desirable.\n1+ Years’ experience in an MEP Building Consultancy, producing drawings using 3D Modelling tools.\nIdeally at least 1+ year using REVIT MEP\nBIM experience essential.\nExperience in residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial projects in Ireland and/or the UK is required.\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\nPossess a good knowledge of the practicalities of design, and the ability to make informed design decisions.\nExperience in determining time lines for modelling of both M&E services, for both client and internal\nAbility to identify modelling and timeline risks to ensure client deadlies are met\nAbility to organise BIM team and prioritise modelling elements when required\nAbility to prioritise workload and manage multiple jobs/tasks.\nDrive excellence through high-quality work.\nProactive approach to work with a strong team spirit.\nConfident to speak up and make decisions.\nBENEFITS\nCompetitive Salary\nPaid Overtime / Time In Lieu / Flexitime\nPerformance & Development Management, including Annual salary reviews and Annual Performance related Bonus Payment \nAnnual Wellbeing Payment\nCompany Matched Pension Scheme & Death in Service\nIndustry Leading 28 Days Leave\nEducational & Masters Support \n1 extra week’s paid leave on reaching 5th Anniversary\nChartership Pathway & Paid Membership Fees\nEngineering Excellence Weekend (Weekend with Team EDC Team) - Previous locations include Killarney, Edinburgh, Bantry, Brighton, Aran Islands. \nEmployee Assistance Programme\nAnnual Health Checks\nFlexible & Remote working all year round\n1 month continuous remote working from any location, once a year.
