Perform field service support, up to and including being an on-site lead. Work with Engineering, Product Managers, and it performs the maintenance, repair, and calibration of products required by customers.\n\nAs Field Service Technician, you will have to\nPerform Field Service activities including but not limited to, maintenance, repair and calibration in nuclear power plants\nParticipate in inspection activities to provide technical advice and consultation, acquire real time firsthand product performance information; and provide summary reports to other internal stakeholders as required (e.g. Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, etc.)\nPerform necessary pre-inspection preparation activities to ensure success in field\nPerform necessary post-inspection to check the parts for the next outage.\nOther duties as required in support of the department and the company\nSupport the day-to-day operations of our Technical Support group\nLead efforts for internal and external SG inspection hardware technical support inquiries\nParticipate in customer inquiries for maintenance support. \nUtilize tracking system to document through to resolution all support requests\nSupport product test and verification & validation activities as required\nSupporting the Sales effort, by conducting product demonstrations, both independently and as part of a team\nProvide product training to external customers and others in the organization\n\nWhat makes you an asset to our team\nDegree in Electronics, Technology or equivalent experience preferred\nAvailability to travel in Korea and/or other countries (if necessary)\nHigh Interest in non-destructive inspection equipment and software\nWillingness to provide support by having a solution oriented and customer centric approach\nCommunicator both verbally and written in Korean and English\nIf you have transferable skills, even if you don’t meet all the criteria, feel free to submit your application!\n\nWe are a fast-growing international high-tech company offering non-destructive testing solutions for inspecting critical components.
