For more information on our product line: https://robotics.eddyfi.com/\nJOB TITLE: Integration Specialist\nThe Integration Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, integration, testing, and optimization of standard and custom systems to meet technical, operational, quality, and customer requirements. This role bridges Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Project teams to ensure systems are delivered on scope, on time, and to a high standard of performance and reliability.\nThe Integration Specialist combines hands-on technical integration with system-level thinking. They contribute throughout the project lifecycle—from interpreting requirements and supporting design concepts to system assembly, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-deployment support. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual who can work across mechanical, electrical, and software-related system elements and help translate design intent into practical, production-ready solutions.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nSystem Design & Technical Support\nSupport the development and definition of system-level solutions for standard and custom products, including mechanical, electrical, and software-integrated components.\nAssist in translating customer, business, and project requirements into practical system configurations and technical solutions.\nParticipate in technical discussions across departments to ensure alignment on specifications, interfaces, risks, and deliverables.\nContribute to design improvement initiatives focused on reliability, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and quality.\nSystem Integration & Build\nMechanically and technically integrate system components in accordance with engineering documentation, specifications, and production requirements.\nConfigure, assemble, and prepare systems for testing, validation, and shipment.\nSupport final system configuration, identifying and recommending hardware or software adjustments where needed.\nDevelop, build, and maintain tools, fixtures, jigs, and equipment required to support integration and testing activities.\nTesting, Validation & Troubleshooting\nSet up, test, and troubleshoot integrated systems to confirm they function as intended and meet technical and quality standards.\nSupport prototype, system-level, and production testing activities, working closely with Engineering and Quality Control.\nIdentify issues, root causes, and corrective actions during integration and validation stages.\nHelp refine systems through feedback, troubleshooting results, and continuous improvement efforts.\nProject & Cross-Functional Coordination\nPartner with Project Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping, and Service teams to support successful project execution.\nHelp manage technical priorities, interfaces, and risks throughout the design, integration, and deployment lifecycle.\nSupport adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget by flagging technical concerns early and helping identify practical solutions.\nAct as a liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure system requirements and build expectations are clearly understood.\nDocumentation & Quality\nMaintain accurate and complete records related to system integration, testing, validation, and configuration, including test certificates, engineering test plans, as-built documentation, and timesheets.\nEnsure all work complies with internal procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable technical specifications.\nInterpret and work from blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and technical documents.\nContribute to the creation and improvement of work instructions, technical procedures, and documentation.\nTraining, Safety & Continuous Improvement\nTrain and support team members on standard and custom assemblies, production best practices, documentation, and safe work procedures.\nPromote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.\nIdentify opportunities to improve products, workflows, tools, and system performance.\nApply technical knowledge and industry best practices to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.\n\nKey Accountabilities\nDeliver high-quality, reliable systems that meet functional and operational requirements.\nEnsure effective integration of mechanical, electrical, and software-related components.\nMaintain accuracy and completeness in system documentation and test records.\nSupport on-time delivery through efficient integration, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.\nContribute to product and process improvements that enhance quality, performance, and manufacturability.\nUphold safety, compliance, and quality standards in all aspects of work.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n2-Year Engineering or Technical Degree with minimum 4 years of experience in system assembly, integration, testing, manufacturing support, or a related technical role;
