Experience gained through non-traditional routes is welcome.\nWhat makes you an asset to our team\nProven software engineering background with experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead or Senior Software Engineer.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, support and quality teams.\nStrong knowledge of Git branching workflows, code review practices and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum delivery; Scrum Master experience or certification is considered an asset.\nAbility to analyse BRDs/PRDs and translate them into clear technical designs.\nExperience in people management, or demonstrated readiness to take on line-management responsibilities.\nExperience with third-line support, incident management and issue escalation.\nStrong stakeholder-management skills across cross-functional teams and external consultants.\nExperience working in complex software environments, ideally involving IoT, remote monitoring or connected platforms.\nA proactive, organised and solutions-focused leadership approach.\nWhy join Eddyfi?
