This position ensures the smooth coordination of outbound consignments, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, and accurate tracking of shipments and project-related logistics activities.\nAs a Logistics Administrator, you must be able to:\nProcess shipping queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.\nNotify customers of consignment status, including providing tracking details.\nLiaise with freight forwarders and work closely with the International Logistics Coordinator.\nRequest proof of delivery (POD) from couriers and carriers as needed.\nPrepare and issue all relevant paperwork for outbound consignments.\nOwn and maintain the daily logistics tracker, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.\nMaintain and update project and sales order trackers, analyse logistics data, and communicate recommended action plans to relevant personnel.\nWe value transferable skills, different career paths and learning agility.
