Working cross-functionally with Sales, Applications, Engineering, and Manufacturing, the Product Manager translates market feedback into clear product specifications and development priorities. \n\nThis position requires up to 25% international travel to support sales efforts, customer engagement, and marketing strategy. We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified professional who can set strategic direction for the Robotics business, build strong cross-functional relationships, and effectively influence others across the organization.\n\nAs Product Manager, you must be able to\nDevelop and execute product strategy and roadmap for the Robotics product portfolio.\nConduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.\nGather and document customer, application, and market requirements to support product development.\nWork cross-functionally with Sales, Applications, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing to define product specifications and priorities.\nSupport pricing strategy, margin analysis, and business case development for new and existing products.\nPerform market sizing, win/loss analysis, and other quantitative assessments to guide strategic decisions.\nDefine product positioning, customer use cases, and value propositions aligned with market demands.\nLead and support product launch planning, sales readiness, and go-to-market activities.\nDevelop sales tools, training materials, presentations, and marketing collateral to support internal teams and external channels.\nSupport major customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.\nPartner closely with technical teams, project managers, and product owners to prioritize development and clarify product requirements.\nContribute to multi-application robotics solutions across markets such as RVI, NDT, FOSAR, surface preparation, and cleaning.\nSupport integration opportunities with the broader NDT Solutions industry.\nMonitor market performance and competitive positioning to ensure the portfolio remains differentiated and commercially successful.\nTravel internationally up to 25% to support sales, customers, and marketing strategy.\n\nWe value transferable skills, different career paths and learning agility. Experience gained through non-traditional routes is welcome.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nKnowledge and Skills\nWorking knowledge of marketing principles and product development processes.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams.\nAbility to describe product specifications, requirements and roadmaps in detail.\nAbility to communicate professionally, both orally and in writing.\nAbility to produce effective written presentations and speak in public as required.\nAbility to deal with important contacts, both internal and external.\nStrong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\n\nMinimum education requirements or equivalent\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Robotics, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.\n\nProfessional experience\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical sales.\nDeep understanding of robotics and RVI markets, applications, and customer needs.\nFamiliarity with the latest technologies and trends in robotics, RVI, and NDT applications.\nA track record of driving product innovation and responding to market changes with agility.\nProven experience in product management, preferably in robotics, RVI, NDT, or related technical fields.\nInternational knowledge and experience\nBe a part of something bigger.\nAt Eddyfi Technologies, we’re proud to push the boundaries of innovation while fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to do their best work.
