Taking ownership of our actions and delivering high-quality outcomes with integrity, consistency and transparency.\nWe are stronger together and committed to creating an inclusive environment where voices are heard, respected and supported.\nJoining our team means:\nCollaborating with experts dedicated to innovation in an environment that values different perspectives, backgrounds and experiences.\nBecoming part of an organization that values commitment, initiative, and collaboration to help achieve common goals.\nWorking in a growing business that encourages learning, curiosity, and respectful challenge.\nBeing supported through fair, transparent and equitable practices.\nContributing to meaningful projects that create a lasting impact.\nAs a Product Manager – Portable Solutions (PAUT), you will have a direct impact on the following five areas:\nProduct Strategy and Roadmap\nDefine and drive the evolution of the roadmap for standard PAUT devices in line with business objectives and market opportunities\nIdentify opportunities to transform custom solutions into standard offerings and develop the associated business analyses\nCross-Team Execution\nProvide clear guidance to the research and development and engineering teams by translating market needs into product requirements\nCollaborate with application engineering teams to validate product performance based on real-world inspection scenarios and customer acceptance criteria\nWork with manufacturing and supply chain teams to meet cost targets, improve efficiency, and qualify suppliers\nKnowledge of Eddyfi Technologies’ market and customers\nProduce and review market analyses based on discussions with users, technicians, inspection engineers, and other stakeholders to identify unmet market needs\nMonitor market trends, evolving standards, and technological changes that impact product strategy\nMarketing Strategy and Support for Sales Teams\nDefine product positioning, target customer segments, and key value propositions for each product family\nParticipate in product launch activities as well as the development of sales support tools and relevant documentation\nPortfolio and Performance Management\nReview the performance of the product portfolio by tracking revenue, margin contribution, and results against established goals, and provide management with regular updates on these results\nWhat makes you an asset to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (physics, electrical, mechanical, industrial) and/or a bachelor’s degree in business administration\nTraining with a specialization in product marketing, product management, and brand management is a plus\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in product management, technical sales, or application engineering\nExperience working directly with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams in a product development environment\nProactive approach to internal and external communications\nProfessionalism and attention to detail\nExperience working for a manufacturer of nondestructive testing solutions is a significant asset\nBilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
