Experience gained through non-traditional routes is welcome.\n\nWhat makes you an asset to our team: \nBachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. \n10+ years of experience in product management and product development. \nStrong business acumen, intrapreneur, with the ability to assess market opportunities, define product strategy, and drive profitable growth. \nProven success building and executing product roadmaps aligned with business objectives. \nDeep understanding of railroad infrastructure, applications, customer needs, and global market dynamics. \nStrong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to turn market data into actionable insights. \nFamiliarity with inspection technologies and applying technology to solve customer and operational challenges. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office and product management/collaboration tools such as Jira. \nFamiliarity with digital and AI-enabled tools that improve analysis, decision-making, and productivity. \nExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams. \nStrong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize high-impact work. \nBilingual in English and French. \nHigh integrity, accountability, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset. \nWillingness to travel as needed for customer visits, tradeshows, and industry events.\n\nAt Eddyfi technologies, diversity, equity and inclusion are fundamental to who we are.
