You will be responsible for managing relations with the client, identifying opportunities to further grow relations and unlock potential growth, while also managing a team to ensure the day-to-day responsibilities are met.\nKEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nIdentifying potential leads and areas of growth within existing clients as well as broader opportunities from a prospecting perspective\nCounselling clients confidently on communications marketing including PR, digital, social and content creation.\nOverseeing client programmes and driving integrated campaigns.\nTaking responsibility for a portfolio of accounts and managing teams, developing junior team members, and line management responsibilities.\nDirecting media engagement strategy for clients and coaching teams to activate and deliver coverage, leading from the front.\nStrong understanding of sector landscape - not just on a local level, to help inform clients of best practice, share recommendations, and protect client interests and reputation.\nAbility to develop accurate commercials and contributed to new business development to grow the Edelman business.\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\n8 to 10 years’ experience working with leading agencies.\nExperience working in the corporate sector is a must.\nStrong knowledge and experience in putting together communication strategies, tactical planning, and being the client lead.\nAbility to foster strong relations with clients, ultimately ensuring work is complete, delivered on time and earning their trust.\nWriting skills is a given - ability to offer juniors constructive feedback on how to strengthen content pieces.\nSelling in those concepts to clients and seeing them through to execution.\nFluency in Arabic is required for this role\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?\nAn opportunity to shape your future and work with some of the smartest and most energetic people in the PR industry, who will nurture, challenge and enable you.\nWe offer hybrid work environment where you can work from home twice a week.\nBig potential for personal growth, training, and further development of skills\nA dynamic, collaborative and inclusive culture, where diversity is embraced - and you are celebrated and appreciated for who you are.\nA huge variety of virtual learning and development resources to support your personal and professional growth.\nIf you apply, we will review your fit against the position criteria and feedback to you.
