This is an incredible opportunity to bring your expertise, experience, and personality to the industry’s largest communications marketing agency, solving business problems for brands through the thoughtful application of digital best practices and creative thinking.\nAs an Account Supervisor (AS), you will be charged with introducing clients to the power of building compelling stories, social strategies, and experiences, all directed by a confluence of data and leading-edge technology. You’ll be a trusted client partner with a deep understanding of their business and the tools we can provide them with. Your internal team will look to you as a leader on day-to-day affairs, and the one who helps connects the dots from brief to execution.\n\nResponsibilities:\nServe as day-to-day contact for mid and senior level clients, responsible for providing strategic solutions around anything/everything social and digital marketing \nDeep knowledge of social platforms - understand and articulate best practices based on business needs, along with our communications strategist \nUnderstand the ad products available from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc. and be able to articulate best practices for producing content for each of these placement types, along with our performance intelligence teams \nManage multiple urgent projects, with the ability to manage up and down to ensure the team meets deadlines and stays on budget \nTake client input briefs and advise how social and digital strategy and tactics can add tangible value in solving specific business challenges \nBuild trusting client relationships across the brand’s organization, navigating client approval processes and structure \nServe as the main point of contact for integrated agency team partners to ensure social content needs are being met, media plans align to the social strategy goals and concerns are flagged and escalated early \nInternalize and own client product benefits and articulate in consumer-friendly language \nCultivate strong, cross-practice client relationships to develop opportunities to grow business with existing and new potential clients \nBasic Qualifications:\nAt least 4 years relevant experience in an agency account role with experience living & breathing social and digital projects \nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in an agency account role strongly preferred \nProven ability to lead and manage multiple medium or large-sized projects simultaneously \nExperience developing social campaigns, implementing best practices, and imparting knowledge to junior team members \nPassion for building and executing unique, fresh, and thoughtful social media strategies and campaigns across all channels \nStrong knowledge of content marketing, paid media/advertising, influencer marketing, and other digital disciplines \nAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships \nExperience presenting and articulating social strategy, including campaign goals, objectives, and how success is measured \nSuperior written and verbal communication skills \nEngaging, collaborative and inclusive work style with a team-first attitude \n$72,000 - $105,000 per year\nAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees.
