This is an opportunity to lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations across North America, including Canada, while supporting a team of finance professionals across the US and Brazil.\nIn this role, you'll oversee AP processes in Workday, help resolve operational challenges, and ensure accurate and timely payments while maintaining strong financial controls. You'll also collaborate with regional and global Finance teams to improve processes and deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders and suppliers.\nWho You Are\nYou're a detail-oriented, solutions-focused finance professional who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and improving processes. You bring strong Accounts Payable knowledge, communicate effectively across teams, and can balance day-to-day operations with broader process improvements in a collaborative, international environment.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupervise and support the Accounts Payable team, providing day-to-day guidance and helping resolve operational challenges.\nOversee end-to-end AP processes in Workday, including supplier invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, approvals, payments, and settlements.\nManage invoice exceptions, payment discrepancies, supplier reconciliations, and outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution.\nCoordinate check runs, ACH payments, approval workflows, and month-end close activities while maintaining strong financial controls.\nPartner with Procurement, Tax, Treasury, Finance, and regional FSS teams to resolve issues and support business operations.\nMonitor AP transactions, supplier accounts, and aging reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.\nIdentify opportunities to improve, standardize, and document AP processes and workflows.\nFoster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, supporting continuous learning and effective communication across regions.\nBasic Qualifications\nAt least 4- 5 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance function.\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a Finance Shared Services environment, including supervising or coordinating Accounts Payable teams.\nHands-on experience with Workday Financial Management or similar ERP systems, particularly supplier invoices, purchase orders, approvals, payments, and reporting.\nExperience reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice, payment, and account discrepancies.\nFamiliarity with multi-currency and intercompany transactions across multiple companies or countries.\nStrong Excel skills for reconciliations, analysis, tracking, and reporting.\nKnowledge of Accounts Payable controls, approval workflows, and financial compliance requirements.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams.\nCompensation: $68,000-$90,000 USD annually.\nAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
