We're building a lean, high-impact creative team made up of senior creatives who are equally comfortable developing breakthrough ideas, leading client conversations, collaborating across disciplines, and rolling up their sleeves to make the work.\nYou'll partner with strategists, account leaders, creators and production teams to develop culturally relevant campaigns that travel across earned media, social, influencer and experiential channels. You'll have the opportunity to help define what creative looks like at Edelman India while working with global brands and helping grow one of our most important markets.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop bold, culturally relevant creative ideas rooted in earned, social and creator ecosystems.\nLead creative development from brief through execution across integrated campaigns, content, activations and new business.\nPartner closely with strategy, client leadership and production teams to create work that earns attention and drives business results.\nPresent and sell creative ideas confidently to senior clients and internal stakeholders.\nBe hands-on throughout the creative process-from concepting and crafting to reviewing execution and ensuring exceptional quality.\nBuild strong relationships across the business, influencing teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.\nMentor and inspire junior creatives while fostering a collaborative creative culture.\nHelp elevate Edelman's creative reputation through award-worthy work and industry-leading thinking.\nContribute to new business opportunities and help shape the future growth of Edelman Creative in India.\nThe ideal candidate will have\n10+ years of experience in top creative, advertising, integrated or PR agencies.\nA portfolio featuring internationally recognized and award-winning work.\nDeep experience in the India market, with strong knowledge of local culture and audiences.\nExpertise developing earned-first, social-first and creator-led ideas.\nExceptional conceptual thinking with outstanding craft in either art direction or copywriting.\nA proven ability to develop ideas that live across multiple channels-not just traditional advertising.\nExperience presenting to senior clients and successfully selling creative work.\nConfidence working independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong understanding of today's creator economy, social platforms and cultural trends.\nCuriosity around emerging technologies and creative tools, including AI-enabled workflows.\nA passion for mentoring others while remaining deeply involved in the work.\nPreferred Qualifications\nInternationally recognized creative awards (Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Spikes Asia, Effies, etc.) are highly valued.\nExperience working on global and regional brands.\nStrong presentation and storytelling skills.\nExperience leading integrated campaigns from concept through production.\nAbility to balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional creative standards.\nExperience mentoring and developing creative talent.\nWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
