This is an opportunity for a versatile designer who enjoys turning ideas and creative briefs into thoughtful visual solutions across different clients, formats, and channels.\nYou’ll work across brand, digital, and editorial design, bringing strong visual craft, curiosity, and attention to detail to a variety of projects. Depending on the brief, your work may also involve illustration, presentations, lettering, and other specialized design formats.\nWho You Are\nYou’re a curious and collaborative designer who combines strong visual thinking with thoughtful execution. You’re comfortable understanding a client’s needs, translating briefs into creative solutions, and explaining the thinking behind your design choices.\nYou care about the details, stay connected to evolving design trends, and can organize your work effectively while collaborating with different creative teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop brand, digital, editorial, and other graphic content for a variety of clients and projects.\nTranslate client needs and creative briefs into thoughtful visual solutions for projects of moderate complexity.\nCreate and adapt visual assets across different formats and touchpoints while maintaining strong craft and visual consistency.\nPresent and articulate design proposals, clearly explaining the thinking behind your creative decisions.\nCollaborate with designers and other creative teams across the Studio to bring projects to life.\nStay current with design trends, tools, and techniques and apply relevant thinking to your work.\nManage multiple deliverables and deadlines with strong organization, attention to detail, and accountability.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3 - 4 years of experience working in graphic design, ideally within an agency, design studio, or similarly collaborative creative environment.\nEducation or relevant training in Graphic Design or a related field.\nProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.\nKnowledge of PowerPoint and the ability to create clear, visually engaging materials.\nAbility to present and articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with creative teams.\nStrong organization, planning, self-management, and attention to detail.\nB2 English proficiency or above - this is an essential requirement for the role.\nExperience with After Effects, Figma, illustration, lettering, or data visualization is a plus.\nWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
