Role\nWe are looking for aGraphic Designer with 2-5 years’ experience to join Edelman Studio in Riyadh, supporting our portfolio of clients across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.\nThe role will have a strong focus on Arabic-first design, creating engaging visual communications that work effectively for local audiences while maintaining high standards of craft, brand consistency and visual storytelling.\nWorking alongside Creative Leads, Client Leads and Production teams, you will create work across integrated campaigns, digital, social, branding, presentations and print, as well as supporting new business pitches and RFP responses.\nYou will be comfortable taking a brief from concept through to final artwork, developing clear and engaging visual solutions, and adapting global creative for Arabic-language and regional audiences.\nThis role is suited to a collaborative designer who is developing their craft, enjoys working across different types of design briefs and is comfortable balancing creativity with the pace and practical requirements of client delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign high-quality creative assets across digital, social, print and integrated campaigns.\nSupport the development of visual concepts for client work, campaigns and new business opportunities.\nCreate layouts, illustrations, infographics, social assets, icons, templates and campaign materials that communicate ideas clearly.\nDesign and format presentation decks for client meetings, executive communications, pitches and RFP submissions.\nCreate and adapt Arabic-first creative, with strong consideration for Arabic typography, layout, hierarchy and visual storytelling.\nAdapt global and regional creative for Saudi and Middle East audiences while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.\nApply and evolve client brand guidelines across multiple channels and formats.\nTranslate creative briefs into clear, polished design solutions from initial concept through to final delivery.\nWork closely with Creative Leads, Client Leads and Production teams throughout the design and feedback process.\nPrepare artwork and production-ready files to a consistently high standard.\nManage multiple briefs, rounds of feedback and deadlines within a fast-paced agency environment.\nSupport new business and pitch activity when required.\nExplore AI-assisted creative tools to improve efficiency and support the creative process.\nRequirements\n2-5 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within a creative agency, design studio or similarly fast-paced environment.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, branding, campaign and visual communication work.\nStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.\nStrong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual storytelling.\nStrong capability in Arabic-language and Arabic-first design, including an understanding of how Arabic typography and layouts differ from English-language creative.\nExperience interpreting creative briefs and developing engaging visual solutions.\nExperience adapting designs across different formats, platforms, languages and audiences.\nExperience working on client-facing projects.\nGood attention to detail and confidence preparing polished artwork for review and final delivery.\nStrong communication and organisational skills.\nComfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.\nAdvantageous Skills\nExperience designing presentation decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides.\nFamiliarity with Figma.\nExperience using AI-assisted creative tools.\nExperience working across regional or international brands.\nBasic knowledge of motion design or
