The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full billing and collections cycle, working closely with PR teams to ensure the accurate administrative and financial management of client accounts, from their creation in the system through to the final collection of invoices.\nThis individual will play a key role in ensuring billing deadlines are met, monitoring outstanding debt and supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years' experience in billing, Accounts Receivable or financial administration roles.\nProven experience in collections management, debt follow-up and reduction of overdue balances.\nHigh level of English (minimum B2-C1), both written and spoken.\nExperience working with financial ERP systems.\nPrevious experience with Workday is highly desirable.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nAbility to manage collection conversations with confidence, professionalism and a customer-focused approach.\nKey Responsibilities\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for, among others, the following activities:\nManaging the end-to-end process from client set-up through to invoice issuance.\nEnsuring billing deadlines and monthly closing timelines are consistently met.\nCoordinating with PR teams to ensure all billing information is accurate and available on time.\nOverseeing the creation and maintenance of client master data.\nMonitoring accounts receivable and proactively managing collections activities to ensure payment deadlines are met.\nMaintaining ongoing communication with clients and internal teams to resolve billing and collection-related issues.\nReviewing aged receivables and identifying collection risks, escalating issues when necessary.\nResolving issues related to invoicing, purchase orders and client data.\nPreparing regular reports on invoicing activity, outstanding debt and collection status.\nSupporting financial close activities and account reconciliations.\nParticipating in continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of administrative and financial processes.\nCompetencies\nDynamic, flexible and results-oriented mindset.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nStrong focus on meeting deadlines and objectives.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nProactive, autonomous and solution-oriented approach.\nAbility to thrive in dynamic and constantly evolving environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience in communications, marketing, advertising or professional services agencies.\nExperience working in multinational environments.\nParticipation in financial systems implementation or transformation projects.\nKnowledge of project billing processes and client management practices.\nWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
