We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging.\nJob Description\nConduct daily media monitoring and track relevant news/mentions across agreed sources, including healthcare and pharmaceutical industry news.\nAnalyze media coverage and provide basic insights to support reporting.\nCompile and consolidate media coverage results into internal trackers and reports.\nAssist in drafting press materials, including press releases, media briefs, and healthcare-related content.\nSupport event-related tasks, including media events, press briefings, and on-site coordination as needed.\nConduct research for healthcare campaigns, new business opportunities, disease-related topics, and industry trends.\nProvide day-to-day support to the account team, including administrative and operational tasks.\nAssist with maintaining team documentation, reporting, and other ad hoc support as required.\nSpecific responsibilities may vary depending on assigned clients and projects.\nJob Requirements\nInterest in media, communications, healthcare, or related fields.\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage recurring deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nBachelor’s degree holder or expected to graduate.\nAvailable to start in November.\nExperience with media monitoring, content writing, and reporting through internships or personal projects is a plus.\nInterest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical communications is a plus.\nAvailability & Contract\nContract duration: Up to six months in total (initial two-month contract with the possibility of a four-month extension subject to performance and mutual agreement)\nPlease clearly indicate your earliest available start date and latest available end date on your resume\nSubmit both English and Korean resumes combined into a single PDF file\nAdditional Information\nThis role requires a minimum of 60% in-office presence within a hybrid work model.\nInterviews will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams\nOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted\nWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
