The role will involve managing day-to-day client relationships, driving strategic and executional communication mandates, and working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality healthcare communications programs.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong agency experience, excellent client servicing skills, and a good understanding of the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage day-to-day relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact across assigned accounts.\nDevelop and execute integrated communications programs across media relations, thought leadership, content, digital and influencer initiatives.\nTranslate client briefs into clear, actionable plans and ensure timely execution across teams.\nBuild strong relationships with journalists, influencers, healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders.\nDraft and oversee press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, leadership content, articles, talking points and other communication materials.\nDrive proactive media engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen client visibility and reputation.\nSupport the development of communication strategies, campaign plans and new business proposals.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.\nWork closely with senior team members to develop insights, messaging and narratives for healthcare and corporate mandates.\nMentor and guide junior team members and support effective team collaboration.\nTrack campaign performance and prepare regular reports, coverage analyses and client updates.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4+ years of experience in PR, communications, corporate communications or healthcare communications, preferably within an agency environment.\nPrior experience working on healthcare, pharma, health-tech, medical devices, wellness or life sciences accounts will be strongly preferred.\nStrong media relations and content development skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong client servicing and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nGood understanding of the healthcare media and communications landscape.\nStrong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.\nExperience in managing and mentoring junior team members.\nWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
