We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging.\nMIDWEIGHT STUDIO PRESENTATION DESIGNER\nThe Role\nWe are looking for a talented Midweight Designer (2-5 years' experience) to join Edelman Studio.\nWorking across a diverse portfolio of international clients, you will design engaging visual content for integrated campaigns, social media, branding, digital communications and print, while also supporting high-profile client presentations, new business pitches and RFP responses.\nYou'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different markets and time zones, adapting creative work for regional audiences while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.\nThis role is ideal for a collaborative designer who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and thrives on balancing creativity with commercial thinking.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign creative assets across digital, social, print and integrated campaigns. \nSupport the development of visual concepts for client work and new business opportunities. \nDesign presentation decks for client meetings, executive communications, pitches and RFP submissions. \nCreate layouts, illustrations, infographics and campaign assets that communicate ideas clearly. \nApply and evolve client brand guidelines across multiple channels. \nCollaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Client and Production teams. \nAdapt creative assets for different markets and languages while maintaining brand consistency. \nProduce artwork to a consistently high standard, often within tight deadlines. \nExplore AI-assisted creative tools to improve efficiency and enhance creative output. \nRequirements\n2-5 years' experience in a design or creative agency. \nStrong portfolio demonstrating digital, branding and campaign work. \nExcellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). \nExperience designing presentation decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides. \nExperience working on client-facing projects. \nStrong understanding of typography, layout and visual storytelling. \nExperience with AI-assisted creative tools. \nFigma and After Effects experience is an advantage. \nExcellent communication and organisational skills. \nWhat We're Looking For\nPassionate about design and visual storytelling. \nCurious, collaborative and proactive. \nComfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously. \nStrong attention to detail. \nAble to work effectively across international teams, markets and time zones. \nPlease submit a portfolio showcasing relevant presentation, branding and design work alongside your CV as part of your application.\nWe are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
